PCW Policies

This page brings together the key policies that support ethical, effective Provocative Change Works practice. Each link opens the full policy document in a new tab.

If you have any questions about these policies, please contact the PCW Association before booking training or working with a practitioner.

Provocative Change Works practitioners are expected to work in a way that is ethical, transparent and client-centred. The policies below describe how the PCW Association handles safeguarding, complaints, data protection and professional conduct.

These documents are written to be as clear and practical as possible and are reviewed periodically. Updated versions will replace earlier versions on this page.

We recommend that you read any policy that is relevant to your relationship with PCW – whether you are a client, trainee, trainer or association member.
