The Provocative Change Works Association

Established in 2005 by Nick Kemp, the PCW Association is the global hub for conversational change, direct intervention, and professional certification.

What is PCW? ↑ Top

Provocative Change Works (PCW) is a multi-dimensional conversational approach to rapid personal change. Unlike traditional models that focus on long-term analysis, PCW uses unscripted dialogue and strategic provocation to bypass cognitive resistance and invite clients to argue for their own resources. By highlighting the perceived “benefits” of a problematic state, the practitioner encourages the client to spontaneously reclaim their capacity for change.
